8. B2B Ordering, Quotations, and Payment
- All bulk orders, custom packaging projects, and OEM/ODM inquiries are subject to final acceptance and confirmation by Vapacc.
- Payment terms, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and accepted payment methods will be agreed upon via official proforma invoice or written sales agreements.
- Prices are exclusive of shipping, handling, custom duties, and taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel quotes at our discretion.
9. Returns, Warranty, and Quality Claims
- Our B2B Quality Control & Return Policy governs procedures regarding hardware defect claims, sample testing, and replacements.
- Clients are advised to test hardware samples prior to placing mass production orders. Quality claims regarding hardware issues must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your order agreement.
